TRUE SKILLS 2010
Come tutti gli anni... puntuale come la primavera arriva TRUE SKILLS,
l'evento organizzato dai ragazzi della BN crew di Milano.
Attesi numerosi ospiti da tutta europa, l'appuntamento è per il 24 e 25 aprile al cavalcavia Liberazione di Corsico, che verrà ridipinto con un tema differente per ogni facciata.
Ecco i promo dell'edizione di quest'anno....

VAUGHN BODE' IL GURU
Come fare a non parlarne quando sei cresciuto a pane e graffiti guardando ore di cartoni animati, ascoltando James Brown nel walkman in classe, cazzeggiando tra disegnini e fumetti di Pazienza.
Vaughn BODE' (1941 - 1975), l'auto proclamato "guru del cartoon",uno dei piu' influenti cartoonist Americani del nostro tempo. Il suo stile è ispirato a film di animazione tra cui WIZARDS di Ralph Bakshi unito allo stile visivo dei graffiti che Nascevano a New York diffondendosi in tutto il mondo.
Vaughn BODÉ (1941-1975), the self-proclaimed "cartoon gooroo", was one of the most influential American cartoonist of our times. His style inspired animated movies such as Ralph Bakshi’s cult feature WIZARDS, as well as the look of the graffiti art that began in New York City and spread all over the world.
Meglio noto per il suo personaggio CHEECH WIZARD il quale appariva sulla rivista National Lampoon tra 1971 e il 1975, Vaughn Bodè ebbe una produzione incredibilmente prolifica. Tra i suoi lavori COBALT-60, DEADBONE, JUNKAFFEL and MACHINES.
Best known for his character CHEECH WIZARD, which appeared in National Lampoon between 1971 and 1975, Vaughn Bodé was an incredibly prolific artist. His works include COBALT-60, DEADBONE, JUNKWAFFEL and MACHINES.

100 pezzi in 100 giorni...Tranquilli non è trainspotting ma semplicemente l'ultima sfida di Swet, il writer Danese famoso per i suoi miliardevoli stili. Sul sito MOLOTOW i quotidiani aggiornamenti. Fossi in voi lo segnerei sulla mia to do list del giorno dopo il caffe'.
